How our Academy helps your child accomplish these goals?

  • Each week the Staff Coaches instruct a new skill to the athletes.  The program is designed to break up the skill being taught into age appropriate pieces to help the athlete master the skill.  Once the athlete masters the smaller pieces the Staff Coaches begin to put the pieces together and keep building on these achievements to develop advanced levels of the skills.  As the sessions progress the athlete will utilize the skills that they learned in the previous sessions to help them build on new skills.
  • Each child's accomplishments are tracked using a assessments made throughout the 6 week sessions by the Staff Coaches.  The parents and athletes will recieve a "report card" at the end of the 6 week session which highlights their achievements.
  • We break all skills into age appropriate pieces, then once the child has mastered these smaller pieces we put the pieces together again
  • Promote mastery of skills using a high coach (coach assistant) to player ratio
  • Use skills in age appropriate games
  • Have fun!
